How booking works

You can request your stay through the form on this website or by messaging us on WhatsApp, Instagram or email.

Sending a request is not a charge and does not confirm your dates. We reply to confirm availability and the final price. Your booking is confirmed once we confirm it in writing and the agreed payment is completed.

Price

From US$300 per night. The final price depends on your dates, number of nights and guests, and we confirm it in writing before any payment.

Payments

We accept all forms of payment. We send you the payment details directly, together with your booking confirmation.

For your safety, never pay to details received through any other channel or before you have our written confirmation.

Stay and capacity

• Minimum stay: 1 night.
• Up to 8 guests.
• Beds: one king in the primary bedroom, two queens in the second bedroom, and a twin with a pull-out trundle bed in the third.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in from 3:00 PM and check-out by 11:00 AM. Times are flexible: if you need a different time, message us and we'll do our best to accommodate you, subject to availability.

Cancellation

• 5 or more days before check-in: 100% refund.
• Between 5 days and 48 hours before: 50% refund.
• Within the final 48 hours: no refund.

If something serious and unexpected comes up, write to us and we'll look at it case by case.

House rules

• No parties, events or noisy gatherings.
• No smoking inside the apartment.
• No pets.
• Please respect the neighbors' rest.
• Access to the complex is for registered guests. If you're expecting visitors, please coordinate with us in advance so we can arrange access with security.
• Pools, gym, courts and other common areas follow Club Hemingway's rules.

• High-speed WiFi throughout the apartment
• Air conditioning in every bedroom

What's not included

• Daily housekeeping during your stay
• Meals or chef service
• Airport transfers (we're happy to guide you)
